Shipping Policy

​Processing Time:

-Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.

-Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.'

Shipping Methods & Costs:

-Standard Shipping: Available within the U.S. via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with a delivery time of 5-7 business days.

-Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost.

-Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $75.

Local Pickup:

-We offer local pickup at any of our KIPP Atlanta Schools campuses.

-During checkout, select your preferred school from the following list:

-KIPP STRIVE Academy

-KIPP Soul Academy

-KIPP Vision Academy

-KIPP South Fulton Academy

-KIPP Woodson Park Academy

-KIPP Atlanta Collegiate

-KIPP WAYS Academy

-After selecting local pickup, you will receive an email confirming the availability of your order for pickup at your chosen campus.

Order Tracking:

-For shipped orders, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Shipping Delays:

-We will notify you of any shipping delays due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

-Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

-All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

-Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns.

-Personalized or custom items are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product.

Return Process:

-To initiate a return, please email us at [email address] with your order number and reason for the return.

-You will receive a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.

-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon receipt.

Refunds:

-Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

-If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

-Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

-If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

-If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
